    Frozen Veg

Do you count veg in your total daily calorie intake?

I buy 1 Kg bags of frozen Veg mix (Brocoli, Cauliflower, Carrots Peas), and count 400g per day in my calorie intake. Nutritional value says this is 140 cals, so over the course of a week it totals 980 cals. Do I count these cals towards my daily intake? Trying to make my diet and daily intake as efficient and accurate as possible

One of the worst mistakes you can do when dieting is not count everything you eat. Anything that goes through your mouth should be included, sometimes 200-300 cal a day can make a difference

Yes, I would count them although vegetables are low calorie they can add up over time.
