Hey everyone, I typically workout about 8:00 pm so i usually finish my workouts at 9:00, what would be a good post workout shake, I go to bed around 10:00pm. What should I do?
Right now I usually have whey protein mixed with low fat milk.

The reason I asked this is, I read that after working out whey is best because it absorbs quickest but at bedtime to use a protein blend before you sleep because it absorbs slower. In my case because I workout so late my after workout shake is my bedtime shake and wanted some suggestions to help.

Have dextrose/maltodextrin with whey. Then wait an hour or so and before you go to bed have some cottage cheese with nuts.
