Im bulking and its my off day/cheat meal day, I diet pretty clean but not the best.
today I ate my usual breakfast and mid day meal and a good lunch all these meals only totaled about 1000 cals, so for dinner I went to pizza hut with a freind and had 8 wings 1 sice pep. pan pizza and a bread stick and a blue cheese cup dip, then went to the store and bought some junk food ( cookies and yogurt pretzels) well i ate everything lol. about 2000 cals in just two hours. NOw i will eat cottage cheese before bed and my daily total will be around 3100 cals.
my question is even though my fat intake was about 40 grams more than normal and the carbs i took in were not very complex i.e. all sugar will this trigger fat gain.
I shoot for about 3000-3500 cals a day since this day will fit into that will it make a difference or will everything turn to fat since i ate most of the day in 2 hours?
any thoughts?
mostly i am just venting sorry for wasting time though if this post seems ridiculous.
ya im still hungry, just have this bulimic problem that i am recovering from i feel like i just binged and am feeling guilty but hell if i want to be big i got to eat big + train big + rest big. i train harder than anykid i know and i sleep at least 8 hours just got to get my brain to get over this and start eating bigger. thanks
