hey everyone. I have a couple boxes of minute white rice and im wondering if its complete shit or not? it says it has 45grams of carbs per serving, and I want to use them for bulking. Is it ok to continue to use this minute white rice, or should I get something else. I like it because its very easy to cook and tastes pretty good. thanks for the help.
