    Food and diet!!

I am a 40 year old, 6'3", 195# and I have just begun working out about 5 months ago. I need some help with some eating / nutrition tips. I have a pretty average - large frame and I have some "love handles" and I could definitely lose some fat in the stomach area. I am hoping to get some ideas about how to lose the "love handles" and learn how to eat more healthy. If someone has some ideas, I am open! If you need more information, I can give that too.

    Thanks

Check out the link in my signature. Basically has the info in the stickies condensed down a bit. Take note of the "do it yourself diet" as well as the general recommendation of lifting (relative to your abilities) heavy weights a few times a week with a focus on the squat, bench press, deadlift, and press. At least a variation of those movements.
