Need advice on my carb cycling

Hi this is my first post

I am trying to lean out and get a six pack before I go to college and I found carb cycling but need some advise.

    Right now I have
    Sunday-high carb/High rep chest,tri,shoulder/HIIT cardio
    Monday-low carb/slow cardio or basketball
    Tuesday-med carb/low rep back,bi,leg/slow cardio
    Wednesday-low carb/slow cardio or basketball
    Thursday-high carb/low rep chest,tri,shoulder/HIIT
    Friday-med carb/high rep back,bi,legs/slow cardio
    Saturday-low carb/day off(maybe basketball)

I am taking jack3d before I workout and whey protein as other supplement
    throughout the day.

Oh, I am 5'9 and weight 173. I did a body fat calculator online and it said that my body fat index is about 18-20% I want to try and get it to 10-15% cause that's probably when I'll have a nice six pack.

The question I have is how many calories should I be eating throughout the day and if my workout routine is good.

Thanks for the help and if I left some information out tell me and I'll let you know.

Minimums for you are in the ballpark of 140G protein and 70g fat which works out to be 1190 calories per day. You haven't given us any kind of guess at what your maintenance is, so you can fill in the remaining calories for your cut as you see fit.

Also, you're working out too damn much. Tone that down to 3-4 days a week and you'll see better results.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
