    cals

    would 4000-4500 cals be enough to bulk as long as im gettin 200 g protein? I just always have a sour stomach and its a battle to get that many meals in me.

    depends on hwta the 4k to 5k calories consist of there is a difference between eating clean and jus eating whatever post what a regular day looks like mand it will be easier to critique
