Paleo Diet: What are you going to eat when you dine out?

Here are some tips on how you can stick to paleo diet when dining out:

    1. Choose a restaurant that will be very strict to your food preferences.

    2. Tell the waiter you have a serious allergy to gluten and any grains. This is important so the waiter won't serve you such foods. You may also tell the waiter to fry your meat and vegetables with olive oil or butter and not vegetable oil.

    3. Ask them not to put any seasonings like black pepper.
These tips are important because they won't set you off in your progress of paleo dieting. Just remember that you have to be very strict following your diet plan because it is the best thing to do.
