hi guys
i know there will be the odd one here that slag's me but i know there will be helpfull guys here aswell...
ive been to the AAS forum and time after time its comes back to the DIET thats why im here...where do i start i want to get the bascis right before the fancy stuff...WHERE DO I START GUY'S?
calories,fat,carbs,protien ect how many a day...ect i want to build muscel if it will help what i want to achieve
any links ect will be appreciated please i would like diet advice OR ANY ADVICE FOR THAT MATTER LOL PLS![]()

i went to a 'guru' he charged me a pretty penny but gave me a bulking diet will post it soon

Also check the sticky in this section on bulking and cutting. Treat your body like a race car, you have to put the right fuels in it for it to perform at a high level. You can bust your ass all you want in the gym, but if you're not eating right you're just spinning your wheels.
