Is it possible that I gain temporary weight from eating the "unlimited" fruit allowed on my plan when switching to The Paleo Diet after being on an ultra-low-carb diet?
Does anyone here knows the facts behind this? Or can anyone recommend me a book that explain everything regarding ultra low carb diet and paleo diet? Thanks..
