I love this one specially after my morning exercise. We
all know strawberries are delicious, but they are also nutritious, and ideally
should be a part of everyone's daily diet. You'll enjoy some health advantages
by eating strawberries regularly, and the best part is strawberries are one of
the most delicious fruits.
Home-Made Strawberry Lemonade
8 cups water
1 cup fresh-cut strawberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
honey to taste
1 cup lemon juice
2 lemons sliced
In a large container, combine 4 cups of water and the fresh and frozen
strawberries. Let soak in the sun for 3-4 hours. In another container,
combine the lemon juice, sliced lemons and water. Chill for 3-4 hours to
let the lemon juice soak through. Mix the 2 containers together, and add honey
to your taste. Serve chilled over ice.
Am I the only one that notices he's made like a dozen threads on Paleo?
And it's probably not unrelated that he occasionally tries to subtly plug in that paleo diet smoothie website that he seems to be promoting.

Interesting. I too smell bullshit.
Regardless, a BETTER idea than fructose is to mix your carbs with simple and complex (grain) carbs with fast digesting whey and come mix of casein.
