Hello, I am 20 and I am having difficulties in losing weight. I am 1.73 m height and 84 kg. I have been going to the gym and taking champion protein supplements as well as x stimulant for weight loss. However this doesnt work much. I am taking 1 scoop in the morning, 2 before gym, 1 after and 1 before bed. And the x stimulant 1 tablet before gym trying to lose belly fat. Originally this worked and I lost 8 kg but now for a month or two the kg dont fall. Any advices on the gym workout week? Any ways to lose stomach fat? Is protein consumption correct?
