    Fat Loading

    Hello Everyone!

Yes i know that i havent posted anything in a really long time.

Anyways i was wondering what the scoop is on fat loading vs. carb loading. The provincial champion in Manitoba has told me that he fat loaded pre-comp and it worked really well for him. He told me that he doesnt get bloated like he does with carbs.

    Anyone else fat loaded pre-comp?

Have any tips on what kind of fatty foods to eat. I heard that cheese cake, pizza, and cookies work well.

This maybe too good to be true.

Lets heard what you guys have to say.

What would the purpose of fat loading be?

Something about intramuscular fat volumising the cell making it look bigger.

I'd stick to the carbs myself.

    Hi J!!!

Glad you came in for a visit!

The 'fats' you mentioned, ...pizza, cookies, cheesecake...are loaded with carbs as well. So maybe he meant carbs and fats?

I'm suprised the word 'donut' didn't come up!
