To effectively drop loose stomach fat, you first have to learn more about your meals, including how much food to eat. Once you learn how to properly portion your foods, you will see you can become satisfied on smaller amounts of food. The idea is to have 5 to 6 small meals a day rather than 3 large meals containing enormous portions. The smaller meals mean you eat more frequently, keeping yourself full and your metabolism running at full speed. A serving size for meats and vegetables is typically the size of your fist.
Built will have a field day with this spam. She will explain saiety and why 5 to 6 meals isn't always the best way to go. And if the OP read any posts before he posted, he would know that there are allready alot of smart people on this subject. but thanks for the spam.
