Trying to lose weight, and unable to workout at a gym....Help!!!

Iv been doing Free Home workout program, and now im stuck on diet.

I cant workout at a gym for like 3 months. I want to get lean again, but without hitting the poundage, I feel like im just losing muscle.

What's your diet like now? How many calories/protein/carbs/fats do you eat a day on average?

cardio will help lean you out some..you will have to play around with how many times a week and duration to see how if affects your strength..like fat vs muscle loss...
