When to take fiber for weight loss

Ok so I'm just wondering at what time of day should I take fiber for weight loss?

I was going to take something like benefiber...I read 30grams per day is a good dose for weight loss.

    Any advise would be great!!

Taking fiber is not going to make you lose weight. Just crap real good, maybe save a little on Toilet paper.
Try getting your Fiber from Vegtables like Yams and brown rice and other veggies.

actually fiber metabolizes fat so you do lose weight by taking it. I was not asking you if it worked, I was looking for sombody who knows about it to tell me what time of day to take it. That person is not you...really buddy look at my pic and look at yours...why would you try and give me advise???

Fiber supplements don’t give the same benefits as the dietary fiber does. Consult your physician before starting any fiber supplement.
Fiber will not help metabolize fat quickly but it will give you full feeling which results in consuming fewer calories. This will help you lose fat. Other than fat loss there are many benefits for which you should consume adequate amount of fiber in your diet.

I was just stating that fiber supplenents do not have the same effect as fiber from food.

Sorry someone pissed in your Wheaties this AM, You head is obvioulsy bigger than my belly! Your too cut to take advise from a fatty! Got it

Just cause I am fat doesn't mean I don't know anything Dumb ass

I heard from a guy down the street (who is smart) that if you eat high fat you will lose fat because the fat you eat attracks stored fat and the fiber flushes all that fat out of your system. It's like fat just knows or something.
