I think you're eating a little over. Your bmr should be ~3k. I would drop some protein and carbs.

I am in a similar but lesser extent that you. But I believe you are eating too many calories. you might want to try 2500-2600 and see that happens

    I am eatng an average of 43% P 27% F 31% carbs

What are your food sources? It's going to be tough to get in 400+ grams of protein and less than 30g of fat unless you are going to be consuming all protein shakes and b/s chicken breasts

Okay, so you carry about 210 lbs lean mass and you should probably lose about a hundred pounds, give or take. Good for you for doing this!
370g protein is 1.8g/lb lean mass, which you may find very helpful for appetite suppression. Your fats are close to half a gram per pound lean mass, which is also an amount I recommend. You might consider bringing your fibre up a bit.

I think Life might mean "maintenance", not Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). BMR is the energy required to wake up and do nothing but breathe. Maintenance is the daily calories required, under your normal level of activity, to neither gain nor lose. For most non-obese folks, this will be about 15 x their bodyweight in pounds. The fatter you are, the more uncoupled this relationship becomes. Your maintenance may be closer to 15 x your goal weight, which could be in the 3000 - 3500 calorie-per-day range for a man your size.

To the OP, dropping calories is an option, but if you're losing weight now I'd leave it alone. Jag, it's nice of you to share your experience. Could I impose upon you to start thinking in grams per pound lean mass instead of percentages? It's less confusing when we all use the same system.

Going under BMR for extended periods of time is not a great idea, this is true. But I don't think we're actually talking about BMR here; I think we're talking about maintenance, and it was referred to mistakenly as BMR.

Under maintenance you mean - and you can go lower than 10-15% under maintenance, no problem.

Indeed. No need to change your diet unless you're not dropping now.
