    Dropping 8% to 10% bf

    Ok peps I gotta drop 8 to 10 persent of bodyfat. Wat is the best way to drop that . I go to the gym at least 4 times a week do cardio 20 min and lift for 45 to an hour imma uppen my cardio to at least 40 mins a day and diet is there any diet plans that worked for u guys or workouts that help lower bf

    As usual people talk more about cardio than their diet. You should be able to drop a pound a week from diet alone, if done properly. Post up what you're eating. Best done at a site like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal Get a few days of true HIIT and that will help as well.

    People do underestimate the power of a diet. Personally, I never do cardio..never have to because I watch the macros
