My cheat day before 12 week CKD

This was my cheat day before my 12 CKD diet plan and it was great.

    Breakfast
    Oat meal with penutbutter

    Lunch
    Chipotle burrito
Bag of chipotle chips with quakamolie (idk how to spell that)

    Dinner
    Wendys double cheese burger
    Large fries
    Frosty

    Before bed
    Milk with Hersey syrup
    Penutbutter with trisects and pretzels

Well I don't even want to know how many calories I ate today but this was the first time I broke my old diet plan in like 2 months. Not that bad.

    Weak sauce!
I had a run of UD2.0 a while back and a carb day looked about like this: An entire bag of bagels, an entire bag of pretzels, a couple of bowls of oatmeal, one or two sweet potatoes, 4-5 scoops of whey protein, a couple of chicken breasts, a couple cans of tuna, a one slice short of an entire pizza.

Pretty clean protein and carbs with the exception of the pizza.
