    Talking my diet for bulk any advice

    hey guys im currently wanting to bulk but i dont want to gain bf

    im 24,weight 81.3lbs,5ft.8

    my current typical diet

    breakfast 7am - 3 boiled eggs with 2 wholemeal

    mid morning 10am- chicken or tuna pastaand a protein shake

    midday 12-30- chicken salad or tuna baguette

    afternoon 5 -6-30pm- protein shake with fruits

    gym

    8pm- either 2 chicken breasts or 2 steak with potatoes and salad


    11pm- protein shake with fruits


    look good?

    Need complex carbs to fuel bulking workouts - oats in morning, rice with first couple of meals.

    How is fiber an enemy? It doesn't do anything.

    Fiber lowers testosterone.

    Only if you're eating a high fiber diet. <35 grams a day of fiber will have a negligible effect on testosterone production and will make you a hell of a lot happier than a no fiber diet.

    Good to know, I like cheese anyway, keeps me full lol
