hey guys im currently wanting to bulk but i dont want to gain bf
im 24,weight 81.3lbs,5ft.8
my current typical diet
breakfast 7am - 3 boiled eggs with 2 wholemeal
mid morning 10am- chicken or tuna pastaand a protein shake
midday 12-30- chicken salad or tuna baguette
afternoon 5 -6-30pm- protein shake with fruits
gym
8pm- either 2 chicken breasts or 2 steak with potatoes and salad
11pm- protein shake with fruits

Need complex carbs to fuel bulking workouts - oats in morning, rice with first couple of meals.


Cholesterol, Saturated Fat and salt are the building blocks of testosterone. Sugar and fiber are the enemy. Get it while you're young.


Looks like a chicken/tuna diet to me..
