    Well had new bloods done today, results should be back by Friday, so ill up date then.

    Meanwhile I'm just going to be sensible, high good fats high protein and fill in the res with rice,oats, and other carbs.

    Iv got to eat sensibly because I'm trying to loose a lot of fat (yuck) looking like Mr blobby right now

    Thank for all the replies, although the technical one have gone straight over my head.
    I know some of you people are very knowledgeable and that is good, but to me it means nothing.
    All I can try to do is pick out what I hope will work for me.

    weight loss, regardless of the diet will improve your ldl cholesterol. LSD exercise (long, slow, distance) can improve your HDL cholesterol.
