    Do y'all have this problem?

I have noticed since picking up weight lifting, my apetite has definitely gone up. However, it seems like once I eat a decent sized meal, I am not hungry for the rest of the day...I feel all bloated and full (like I do now, just came from Smokey Bones BBQ lol). Do you guys get like this? Or not? Or do you just block it out and eat anyway? Or am I just a freak? ok, I might be a freak anyways....

try eating frequent small meals, rather than larger meals.

what type of food? obviously if it's high in fat digestion will be slower and you will feel full longer.

Ok then...Honestly,I'm not a specialist in the matter but from reading many threads in here...
What Prince said,"more smaller meals "
Instead of doing three main meals during the day,do up to six smaller meals.
Slowly,I am getting up to my fifth/day.
All the answers are here, you just have to find them and understand them...Adjust accordingly to your needs!

If anything I said is wrong, somebody please correct me!!!
