    Bodyfat help :(

    Hi guys i have gain bodyfat and i want to lean out more i have picz so your have a better idea...

    I have a tub of p mag but aint doing any cycle anytime soon as people have changed my mind... But i was thinking of fura a as iv heard its very very mild but has to be doesed higher but even at 350mg its stil mild ???

    I want to keep as much muscle as i can while losing bodyfat?? And holding on to strenge...

    Heres a pic of of i dont know whats my bodyfat but im 5,6. 5,7 182bls

    Age 21

    Training 6months .....

    I really don't think you need any of that.Your b/f doesn't look that high for 1.The best thing to do is if your not already is cardio in morning fasted or not thats up to you.I did it fasted for awhile and did lose alot of fat doing so but i believe my body adjusted and is now saving cals. instead of using them (fatigue after breakfast)im doing high impact kickboxing now too for 45min kinda makes a diff. but dial your diet in and take shorter rest periods lifting and that should lean ya out some.

    Oh ok thanks man .. I aint going to lie, i barly do any cardio at all so i think il deffo start it up ... So just cardio in the mornin before breakfast? 15 min run? Then after workout 10min run?

    My diet is kinda everywere at the moment as im abit confused.... Heres what im about to do with my diet..

    8am 4 eggs with 100g oat meal

    11am 50g penut butter with 30g
    protrin shake

    2pm 1 steak with veg steak is cooked in vegy oil

    4pm pasta with tunna

    5pm gym till 620pm shake

    730pm 2 chicken fillest with veg

    10pm 50g of penut butter with cottage cheese

    I might add another shake in there ....

    seems alright.P/b and shake mid morning you might want whole food.But i think the cardio is the biggest thing right now.15min i go before breakfast low int.=fasted med=more then 30min=bcaa,hit=protein+little carbs if going 30 or more
