    Carbs in Veggies

So whats the deal with carbs in veggies? Am I stuck just using broccoli? It seems like everything has sugar in it. Some people say they don't count but they're actual sugar, not fiber, so I'm not sure if I buy that. Thoughts?

These are what we would call "empty calories". I dont count any of the calories that I eat of veggies. Whoever said that veggies count as sugar is just plain retarded. Eat as much veggies as you want, they will not make you fat.
