Is that diet representative of what you normally eat or is it what you would like to consume as your new 'diet'?

Do you know what your maintenance calories are? If not and if that posted diet is your normal intake, do you gain/lose/maintain on that intake?

If you want lean out fast start doing cardio in morning nothing out of control mybe a nice jog throwing in some sprints here and there.
You can do it fasted or eat alittle protein like 1/2scoop whey or just drink a strong coffee i do both but my h/r is 80-85% for 45min.(kickboxing)i wouldn't go over 30min for awhile.
Then throw in another after liifting for 20-30min (10min unless hiit is a cooldown)

If you do low int. you'll be fine(walking really fast, walking on incline ect.)

Intervals are better say run for 1min jog for 1.5min for 20-30min bcaa's would be used here.
I do sprints for 30-45sec and walk fast for 45-60sec i don't do this fasted anymore not worth the fatigue i get after.
Muscle loss you have to worry about the higher the intensity and longer you go.H/r 50-60bpm no worries.70%+eat!
What you eat depends on cutting bulking, cutting bcaa bulking whey and some carbs if going over 30min at higher int.

2pm 100g of steak with 50g of pasta some veg on the side--i would do 141.75 grams of steak, with a cup of Brown rice

4pm gym till 520pm shake--I would add carbs to this meal,

630pm 200g of chickens with veg on 2 slices of brown bread--141.75 grams of chicken cooked. every thing else is fine

    8pm tunna--how much?

10pm beans with small bit of cheese and a shake with skin milk ---I would change this meal. Chicken, fish, or lean beed.

The amount of misinformation in this thread is unsettling.

Pika, tell me what you're doing now for diet. Are you getting the results you want?
