I use hot sauce, Tabasco, Frank's, Cholula, etc on a lot of foods. You are using very little, so unless in contest prep I think you're ok.

Frank's Red Hot sauce is my favorite. Use it all you want. Good stuff!

If you want something w/o sodium and hot/spicy herbs have fat burning thermogenics properties just go for some cayenne pepper powder.

One thing most people dont even know is though salt can keep you hydrated but too much can dehydrate you as well.

I love Red Hot! Texas Pete has about half the sodium. Surprisingly Tabasco has very little sodium.

I am a chili head and have currently about 15 different hot sauces, chili oils, siriacha tabasco, chipotle, Franks, Dave's Insanity sauce. I have a gallon jug of El Camino's (hole in the wall in Michigan) restaurant hot sauce i have had for about 4 years, getting low. even some very hot curry powders. if it's hot I love it!
Blair's has some really hot stuff.
