I would say either do one, or the other; either do a cut cycle, or do a bulk. Don't try to do both at the same time, or you will sabotage your results for both goals. How are you going to bulk up while running a cut diet? Your body needs fuel to grow. You have to run calorie deficits to lose body fat.

I'm sure other, more experienced members, will come along and post more helpful advice.

    Good luck bro.

When did you run your last cycle?

If you wanted to get even more shredded, while adding some strength and lean mass gains, you could try running Tren with Test Prop. Seems like you have some cycle experience under your belt, so it might be a good cycle for you. Tren will turn you into a beast... and at around 10% body fat, would really bring out more vascularity and definition.

Use the forum's search function and do a search for Tren. It will give you plenty of info.

about 4 months. ive just been runnin nitric oxide for pumps and stuff. with Arnge Krush i added a half inch to my arms in just a week and a half. gives you crazyyy energy. and yea i was considering that but i decided im just goin to run the andro and methadrol alone so i know what kind of gains i got just incase i wanted to get it again. but the stuff just came in the mail.. it was in a small box, i opened it and it was stuffed with newspapers from the denver post? lol didnt seem to legit but i did order from ironmaglabs website so maybe they were just runnin low on plastic.

thanks M4A3 for all the help
