    Hunger breaker

I am always experimenting with food. I like baby spinach, its OK, but not a real favorite. I have been adding it to my Protein shakes , I think Merkba mentioned that. Anyway, Today about 3:30 I started to get hungry and we are going out for dinner tonight. I wanted to quench the hunger and not add too many calories, so I grabbed the blender added some crushed ice and water and about 2 cups of organic baby spinach. doesn't taste bad, its a cool green color.
I drank 24 oz of the mix. quelled my hunger.

I've never added it to a protein drink, ick... I do green smoothies though. Spinach, banana and anything else you can add in there that you like...with oj or crystal light or whatever else for flavor.

You really cannot taste the baby spinach I am drinking it twice a day about 3 cups in each shake.

Vanilla is OK but I like chocolate protein and I add a heaping T of unsweetened bakers chocolate powder.

I totally disagree with this. You want some stuff the same (lean meats for example) but you want to keep your body guessing for the most part. This is my opinion anyways.

Interesting mix... I might give it try. I think its good to change up the diet a little bit every now and then as long it stays clean and healthy thats all that really matters.
