    am I on the right track?

    could someone tell me please, if my stats are good? I'm currently doing 2 sessions of combat boot camp a week (circuit training) and heavy band exercises at home - shoulders etc.

    suppliments - cyclone by maximuscle / zma (it was free )

    6' 1"
    242lbs - sticking at this too long
    37 years old
    BF% approx 29%
    target weight - 224lb
    max weight prior to dieting - 260.5lbs

    sunday

    fat - 65g
    carbs - 223g
    protein - 75g
    cals - 1733

    monday

    fat - 45g
    carbs - 263g
    protein - 147g
    cals - 2021

    tuesday

    fat - 46g
    carbs - 200g
    protein - 173g
    cals - 1872

    weds

    fat - 65g
    carbs - 199g
    protein - 108g
    cals - 1756

    thats all I've got so far, a good % of the fat is good fat because I'm eating a good amount of tuna/ sardines, etc.

    Go into more detail about your circuit trainings...cals look good though

    read the getting started thread that is stickied at hte top of this forum or just search up the user: Built, she has an excellent getting started guide for basic dieting for cutting, maintaining or bulking.

    Also we're about hte same stats, i weigh approx 240lb around the same BF%, but a couple inches shorter, make a journal log so i can follow please, thanks good luck!
