    Nutrition Chart Simplified

It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, so long as you beat the leprechauns.

You missed Omega 9's and might want to break BCAAs out from EAAs too. Plus you should add Boron in the minerals, which your body needs in order to use vitamin D and Calcium ( SpringerLink - Plant and Soil, Volume 193, Numbers 1-2 ) and perhaps add Strontium too, since it's related to bone mass ( http://www.thebonejournal.com/articl...181-4/abstract )

Sucrose is not a simple sugar (fructose+glucose). Neither are maltose (glucose+glucose) or lactose (galactose+glucose).

Glycogen is a complex carbohydrate in the sense it exists in our muscles and livers - but it's hardly a nutritional component.

Cholesterol really isn't a type of saturated fat - it's a steroid alcohol, or sterol. It also makes up such a tiny portion of our caloric intake it's hardly worth mentioning.

    Where did you find this?

I thought dextrose was glucose + glucose? What's the difference from maltose then?

Dextrose is basically the contraction for dextrorotatory glucose, the right optical isomer of glucose (dexter = right). This is the same type of glucose found in your blood.

Maltose is two glucose (dextrose) molecules bound together.
