    Chicken recipe

    Anybody know how to make chicken breast not taste like shit with out adding calories to it. I gag just looking at another dry chicken breast.

    if your chicken breasts are dry you are over cooking them. Get a meat themometer and cook them to 155-160 the let it rest lighly covered should reach 165.

    Been eating a lot of jennie-o Turkey patties 95/5 available at Sams Club
    great taste low fat good protein. I have been adding Crushed tomotoes and garlic and basil and a little parmesean cheese about 225 calorie for all

    Thanks everyone

    I grilled 15 Lbs today

    sered each side for 5 min at 350, then wraped them in foil and turned off grill and let them heat while the grill was cooling just about perfect.

    Well jagbender told good quantities and i think we should keep in mind while cooking chicken that what is necessary to make chicken.

    If you marinde the chicken over night (24 hours) it is better. Also keep the left over marinate in the freezer in a zip top bag and use it again and again.
