What do you weigh and what are your maintenance calories?
How many calories is this - about 3300 or so on average?
Ditch the 3-6-9 oil and get fish oil; take ten grams a day
Unless you're carrying upward of 250 lbs lean mass, your protein intake is insane - and I eat a lot of protein, I'm not dissing high intake but you're getting well over 2g/lb lean mass. Anything over 1g/lb lean mass is fine, up to 2g/lb is fine but beyond a certain point, it's just expensive carbohydrate. I'd just up the carbs a bit on training days and up the fats a bit on the rest days, drop the protein down to say 2g/lb lean mass since you like it high.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

i would say dont eat canned tuna everyday, fish have alot of minerals and sometimes heavy metals in them, in small amounts, like mercury. try throwing in some chicken instead, or lean hamburger meat. also, variety in a diet is good, switch it up.

Bro, to be honest, you probably don't need 500g of protein. Thats way overkill unless your shredded at 300lbs...
