    Destrose PWO on a cut

    I have been cutting. Lifting 3 x a week heavy. Cardio 3-4 days a week. I
have been drinking 46g whey post workout. I have some dextrose. Today I added 30g to my whey. Good bad or neutral? It adds 120 calories to my intake and I am really restricting calories. Is it worth the calories?

If restricting calories then definitely not. That 120 calories can pad your deficit or you could you those calories to add more protein.

Dang man, your just about starving yourself.. Eat a bit more and up the cardio. Just make sure you eat clean.

How are you lifting on 1300 cals a day? If I go below 3k I feel way to drained.
