Throw in a few cardio days. Higher reps doesn't help with fat loss, I'd keep it lower reps and volume while cutting.
I have been on the IF Diet, and I recently changed my goals.
I don't care about size at all anymore, I just want to lose fat even if it means losing mass.
I am guessing I stay on the same diet plan given to me my built, but how does the training aspect change? I was doing low reps, heavy weight before and no cardio to be honest.
So should I just start doing cardio, and increase reps or should I keep it low reps and heavy weights to maximise fat loss?

gaining maximum muscle mass is all about the diet, resistance training only provides the necessary stimulus for growth. if you don't want to get any bigger than keep your caloric intake at maintenance levels and continue using progressive resistance.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
