    Holding water

Are some people more prone to holding water then others? I am following the carb cycling diet that is a sticky at the top of the page. I noticed though I always hold alot of water. What's the reason for this?

Other than the Carb cycling diet. What if any AAS are you doing? Also if your retaining water. Drink more water. This will force your body the shed the excess water.

Not currently running anything at all. I just figured I would ask the question because someone on a different board had a similar question and he was told it could be something medical that he should look into. I have run plenty of PH cycles, not sure if this could be a permanent effect due to the cycles I ran.

Are you holding water all the time? Do you notice a difference from your low / no carb days to the higher days? How long have you been running the carb cycle?

I only notice a difference when I first wake up. I drink one gallon of water a day. Is there any quick fixes I can try to see just how much water I am holding? I have been running this diet for four weeks now.

caffeine and asparagus are natural dieuretics which would help get rid of some of the extra water. around 6-12 stems for 2-3 meals should be alright.

Up your water intake, review your diet for anything that is high sodium. Maybe can you list your diet in detail?
