    Protein - How Much You Should Eat for Max Muscle Gains

    I know this question gets asked a lot around here: How much protein should I eat? I've heard studies say this, I've heard people say that, etc.

    Maximum amount is your PTOR (protein turn over rate):
    Your weight in pounds x 1.818
    That is the number of muscle based tisue that u can grow every day
    That is, if u can control level of your hormones hehe
