    Am I doing this right?

Weights 3 x a week for 50-60 minutes and cardio for 20 minutes.
Today I wasn't able to get to the gym so I got up early and ran 6 miles. Not sure about the time, but guessing about 60 minutes.

Diet has been no more than 1100 calories/day this week and today I fasted. Is this too much dieting?

    FitDay:

    Fat 48%
    Carbs 19%
    Protein 33%
    Alcohol 0%

No noticeable weight-loss this week. May have gained a pound

    6'-4" and now 265lbs

dont fast bro!! that will not aid you in weight loss! Calories do seem rather low, what is your BF% if its really high then I assume 1500-2000 clean calories will serve you well, But if you do have a good deal of muscle under the fat, You need to increase caloric intake a bit more to retain muscle while dieting.

But DONT fast it will make your body catabolic, meaning you will store more fat instead of burning it.

But Im not BUILT she will point you where you need to be

Buddy don't starve yourself! i need 1800cals to be able to live laying down all day.
Find out your bmr activity added in and subtract 300-500cals from that.
1100cals is alittle extreme thats about my breakfast! And i eat another 5-6x

didn't read it but will in a sec.

so body comp. doesn't sound too bad, now decision time to want to continue to move in the direction of further cutting the fat or per haps bulking up? Being it sounds your not that bad off in the fat dept. it might be worth thinking about. Build some LBM for a good chunk of time, then taking on the cut again down the road with somthing to show afterwards....Just a thought I know at the begining or the whole reason for this thread its obvious where your head is at but just spitballin some ideas. At the cal defict your at now you're piss pounding the muscle you do have as well so when/if you cut enough fat to meet your liking I could grab my crystal ball here and see you looking at a skin draped skelleton...probably wouldn't be so appealing to yourself.
Which ever choice you make after some thought post up that daily diet, you'll get some tips/add ons of good foods to fill your diet; because which ever direction you choose you're going to eat more...either a lot or little.

**allright just read your other post, you obviously do retain quite a bit of muscle yet- quit fucking it up starving yourself over a little fat gain. Plus with your diagnosis/meds you should be borderline horse feeding and lifting.....GET ON IT! Considering the circumstances "ease" back into it, common sense still applies, but never the less get back to work take adavantage.

I do believe your fats should be your lowest macro. I try to get around 50% protein, 25 carbs, and 25 fats. I usually eat around 2200 calories. While I am not losing weight on the scale, I can tell I'm losing bf.

But if you're going to fast, make sure you take in plenty of protein to slow down muscle loss.
