    Fitday problem

    as the title says im having a problem tryin to get my diet sorted on fit day , im coming up to a slight cutting phase and it wont let me do anythin, is anyone having a problem with the site or is it just me???

    Go to Livestrong.com and try the myplate section. I think its much better anyway.

    i tried that my plate section but its not like fitday at all from what iv seen with regards to workin out your macros an that , maybe i went wrong somewhere???
