Looks pretty solid to me. Similar to what I do, but usually only 1 whey shake per day and a casein shake at night. Every now and then ill make my own weight gain shake thats about 1000cals. Oh, for your breakfast - id double the eggs, well the whites at least. You are eating 5 whole eggs im guessing? You can cut out on the fat and ditch some of the yokes. I do 10 egg whites for breakfast. If you dont like pure whites then maybe a mix whites and whole.

So you want to bulk and cut at the same time? Okay, on gear, you can reasonably expect to recompose if you're careful with your diet, but this will be a property of your caloric intake more than your macronutrient mix. What calories are you going to be running for this - 3100 but with ten grams of carb (wtf?)

What is maintenance for you? How much lean mass do you expect to gain and how much fat do you expect to drop - it's good to know if your goals are at least possible before you proceed.

Gotcha. There's no need to keep to a low carb diet, although I personally find it easier to stick to; on gear, you may find you can handle more carbs; not sure what fats you're intending to run. There's no real need for the six or seven small meals thing either, although you're welcome to eat that way if you like. For what you want, personally I'd investigate UD2.0

you can sensibly anticipate to recompose if you're very careful with your diet, but this will be a house of your caloric intake more than your macronutrient mix. What calories are you going to be running for this

I'm no exit but it looks pretty good. Lots of protein and most importantly, you've done the calculation so you're obviously taking it seriously. One thing I would say, if you don't start putting on weight after a week or 10 days, increase your food intake...
