    Changing diet will it be risky? Help :(

    Hi guys, thanks for the posts last month or 2 realy helped iv lost 4 pounds in a month !

    Right im 179bls i was 183bls at 5,6

    Shorty! Lol

    Ok so my diet is around 2500cals aday i should be eatin a lil less to lose more weight but im lookinf pritty lean kinda! So happy so far .. Im here to ask you guys if its ok to change my diet ? Just a tad im spending arou d £45 every 2 weeks on meat! And its not on lol i go college so i aint got much money! Im trying to go down to 170bls by winter then start my first cycle!!

    So hows this guys im thinking of eating more eggs? Lol is it silly? It would save me so much!! Il get a few lil bags of chicken but heres what i thought ...

    8am 4 egg 2 yolks 4 whites brown toast and 100g of weetabix

    11am 200g of chicken with some veg on brown bred?

    2pm 100g of oats with 130g of tunna

    4:30gym till 5:50 30g of whey


    6:30 2 eggs yolks and 4 whites With 100g of beans

    9pm 120g of steak ...


    Sounds pritty shit iv just read back lmao .. Any1 can help me please ? Thanks

    Realy? You sure lol? It don't look to good lol i was told i cpuld eat 3 big meals in 1 day as long as it adds up to the cals and pro and carbs then il be ok is this tru ? Or is it every 3 hours ? Thanks

    It's good. What about your diet don't you like. No processed foods, no soda or junk food, no ridiculous fried or fast foods. Yeah it may be boring but it's all good foods.
    Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but dont nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight. R.C.

    Realy bro? Ok thanks man and yh your right its borin ha!! Eggs i hate um but its alot cheaper! Lol
    See im trying to get as lean as i can by winnter tgen il be starting a bulkying cycke of p mag for 6 weeks ( cant wait ) thanks alot guys honest i thought my diet would of been to lil or not good enoght haa but thanks

    What part of your diet do you think is bad? Nothing wrong with it. Looks clean.

    Just to much yolk bad for the heart also not enough pro and carbs? Dntno also after workout eggs? The fsts i thought thsts bad lol

    That's a myth. Dietary cholesterol has nothing to do with serum cholesterol.
    Eggs actually improve HDL. No problem with eggs after workout either.

    Up to you, do as you wish.

    Oh ok so thats adding up to aroubd 2200cals aday just leanin out i burn like 240cals on 20 min cardio alone so yh ... Any exp with p mag here?
