Ramadan comin up , Question for Diet Pros

hello i just wanted some advice as ramadan is coming up and i will be fasting for one month, i wanna keep my gains as best as i can. i will not be able to eat or drink from about (sunrise to sunset) 4 AM to 8PM. i usually sleep at 4 AM becuz my work schedule, and will be up at 12-1 pmish.

so i have 8 hours after sunset to consume my calories and protein. i was thinkn that some of my calories i will have to consume in weight gainer form as its hard to eat food believe it or not when uve fasted the entire day, once you actually eat, you cant really eat much. and ill train after my 2nd meal after sunset. consume my 300 grams of protein and 3500 calories. and my last meal ill consume some casien whey or i think they have something which digests longer now and also some good fats like olive oil or macadamia nut oil. however i will consume as much as real food as i can.

i mite also add that i am currently on cycle and my cycle will end right before ramadan, there fore leaving my test levels high for a month, so that should help a little bit as well keeping me in a more anabolic state. below is my cycle.

    1-16 - test E 750/wk
    1-16 EQ 600/wk
    8-16 tren A 100mg EOD

    thanks for sharing.

You should have no problem with your progress through Ramadan as long as your training is appropriate and you're able to get in your calories.

    checkout Leangains.com

You could do an intermittent fasting approach since thats basically what you are doing.
