    Diet soft drink..

    are those REALLY sugar free?.. if so.. wuts teh sweet in it ?
    and it says low cal.. how much cal for a can for example?
    and if its really low cal and sugar free.. then it must be god for dieting ?..

    sum1 gimme the 411 on that

    diet soft drinks use aspartame as a sweetner. Do a search for aspartame at this site and you'll find a few threads on this subject

    Sis, I've finally gotcha' ... You're wrong!!! Not all use aspartame! at least 1 uses splenda (sucralose)

    no sugar in aspartame.
