Absolutely, as long as you dont add anything to them just like you would a regular sweet potato.
can you sub sweet potato for all natural sweet potato fries if you bake them?

Absolutely, as long as you dont add anything to them just like you would a regular sweet potato.

I always put a little salt and pepper on my potatoes. You could also find some different seasonings made especially for potatoes. As long as they don't include sugar.

I like to cut sweet potatoes into wedges, sprikle a little olive oil and spice on them, and throw them on a grill in a basket. They come out awesome.

I guess I should have explained my reasoning. I think sugars fine in moderation but I didn't know what kind of diet DEE was on. I'm cutting right now and I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible unless it's postworkout. I'm really anal about where my calories are coming from and I wont even use any seasonings that include sugar. During a bulk session I don't worry about it as much. I do use sugar in all my post workout drinks. Well, waxy maize now because with dextrose I held too much water.

sweet potatoes are awesome raw and crunchy, slice it and youve got an awesome potatoe chip
