Is the nutritional info regarding the pre or post brew product? They didn't specify and I wasn't able to find the label itself. Does anyone have access to that info?

cornfed, I would have to assume they mean post-brew. With 20 servings per pound, and one cup is one serving, there is no way you can fit 20 cups of beans into one pound.

13g protein and only 60 calories. Needs caffeine though. Maybe I will brew some with that caffeine-charged water you can buy.

    Soyfee Soy Coffee

I had been weaning myself off coffee for several months (half-caf, quarter-caffeinated...) and was still drinking decaf with some caffeinated beans.I found Soyfee in a health food store and
decided to try it. I should add here, I am one of those who likes a STRONG cup of coffee. Not much into frilly flavors, just strong, strong strong!

Anyway, I bought their mocha flavor, made it in my Melita drip carafe, real strong, several heaping spoonfuls and...wow! First sip and I was hooked! The first thought that ran through my head was:"This is the "Perfect Cup of Coffee" I have been chasing afterall my life!" It has that nice "roasty" after taste that is so hard to find in a coffee. And its not coffee!! I can't believe it.

Now I only drink decaf when I am out or at the office, and even then:I miss my Soyfee! Nothing beats it. I've been drinking it for a few months now and still can't believe I have found something I like BETTER than coffee! I have been a coffee addict for over 20 years. NOTHING could get me off it, no matter how I tried. It wasn't just the caffeine it was also the TASTE. Well, now I have something that tastes way better and thats really helped me with kicking the caffeine. I just ordered more mocha directly and I also ordered some chai and look forward to trying that as well. I have tried all the other flavors and they are all superb, though mocha is my favorite. You can find them at www.soycoffee.com

I have Rocomojo, NO NO NO it does not taste like coffee at all. I mix it half and half with real coffee and I can stomach it but I don't really like it. I drank it when I was on a CKD for the extra fiber but I would prefer to just drink coffee and get my Protein and fiber from other sources.

But a friend swears he likes the taste so I guess some people like it, not me.

Its anti soy. As a male who enjoys being male, I wish for no more estrogen flowing through my body. I dont drink beer and I dont drink soy. If you read the info, every single item on the list is negative.

Myth: Modern soy foods confer the same health benefits as traditionally fermented soy foods.

Truth: Most modern soy foods are not fermented to neutralize toxins in soybeans, and are processed in a way that denatures proteins and increases levels of carcinogens.
    Blah blah blah.

Yes, but you preceded the article with "We all remember this fad of the 80s." suggesting that the article was not to be taken seriously. That's how it looked from this side of the pond.
