    Beef Liver?

    Question-
I love Beef liver and I know its full of vitamins. Is it good to eat for training?
What I am trying to say is it healthy to eat it or stay away from it?
Its Consistency. Its like building a house. Everyday I am putting a Brick on my wall!

Share the same passion bro. However, I don't think it's really healthy so I would keep eating it in moderation, I wouldn't eat it more than one time a week.
