    Cheating

How fast does a body respond to when you cheat on your diet? I have been losing weight at 1500 calories a day and hit a plateau. I had a day of 2000 calories and gained a lb. Is that just water?

1lb of body fat equals 3500 Calories. So definitely not a lb of fat.

Cheating on a diet is actually a good thing(if you cheat once in a while and not all the time). This way you increase leptin levels, increase metabolism and basically you overcome the plateau.

Wow interesting articles. From your personal experience does it make sense? Diet ... eat your chicken and veges and then one day a week cheat?

There was one other article about intermittent fasting that was interesting. I have saved it to reread.
