Diet failed: Six pack still desired though. Ideas?
Has anyone neatly trimmed the hair around their abdominal fat deposits to make it look like a six pack? I couldnt "get it in" hard enough at the gym this spring so, i was considering growing one of these out. also, which tanning cream will enhance my design? Thanks.

Yep - regroup & try again. I can tell you if you want specific and aggressive results, you either do it or don't bother. I.e. stick to the diet, training & cardio consistently and persistently and you'll get results. Otherwise its sort of yea, kinda.

Diet and cardio. I always thought I was quite toned even when bulking. Last 3 weeks I've slowly dropped calories to 400 below maintenance and been doing cardio 3 times a week. I've lost 6lb and I now have more defined abs than ever. It works. It's tough reducing the calories but keep at it and you'll win!

Thanks guys. Im gonna do some reading on that carb cycling and intmt fasting. My issue is binge eating while im high. I trained my ass off all winter and spring just to balloon up during the last month or so. Its disturbing.

Toking and dieting don't mix well. Might want to lay off it at least until you bulk.

Youre right. But Its medicine to me. I guess i use the term "high" too loosely. I just try to feel balanced...relieve my back pain, reduce anxiety etc.

Fish oil in high concentration for inflammation (I use 3 tsp a day for bad knees and joints), theanine and tryptophan for anxiety and for feeling full, increase fat intake and use more fiber. If it's truly medical, use it as needed.
