    Healthy fats!!

    Hey guys, need some ideas on resources you guys use to increase healthy fats in your diets? IE, fish oil... It seems I'm having a hard time increasing my healthy fat intake. Thanx on advance

    Almonds, natural peanut butter (no additives) olive oil, UDO's oil, egg yolks, avacado's and flax seeds/oil to name but a few

    I'd add coconut oil to the list too.

    Good call on all these. Butter your veggies, too. Add heavy whipping cream, olive oil or coconut milk to your shakes if you can afford the calories. Also eat the skin when you make roast chicken.

    The things I use right now are olive oil (in my salads) and fish oil (15-20g a day or about 4-5g with every meal) and also some pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds from time to time.

    Almonds are definitely a good one, I mean everything that has been listed is great I just prefer almonds.....oh yeah, and peanut butter for sure.
