
hey guys i have a quick question involving what to eat the two hours before pre-judging...
ive been doing keto for 12+ weeks, im not messing with my sodium, and i was planning on having pancakes with a cup of syrup. would that be too heavy or bloat me? i am pretty carb sensitive and its my first contest so i want to do it right.
