    Rice or potato?

    what should i choose? or does it matter.........i'm bulking if that has any bearing

    Both?? Preferably Potato up to maybe 5 pm in 2-3 of the 7 meals you eat. You ARE eating 7 for bulking, aren't you??

    Rice is great! Brown I take it. AND, I assume your taking a good portion of protein (lean)

    ya i'm roundin about 350grams(protien) a day and 7 meals if i include my nightime protien

    7 meals? y not 6?

    wait heres my diet :

    breakfast:
    oatmeal
    6 eggs 3 yolks
    2 pieces of whole wheat toast
    glass of milk

    midmorning:
    protien shake

    lunch:
    chicken breast, steak, fish, pork, w/e is meat and in the fridge
    rice or potato
    greens

    midafternoon:
    protien shake

    dinner:
    same as lunch

    late night:
    protien shake

    before bed:
    nightime protien

    I will let someone like w8 attack that diet and give you better suggestions... be sure to list your weight. See if you can get your BF % also. I'm sure that will be helpful!

    * I think you might be slightly low in the Protein
    * Add some green fibrous carbs!!!
    * Drop 2 of your yolks and have just one with your 7 but I think you should have more like 10 whites- 1 yolk

    But I keep realizing your trying to bulk! Hmmmnnnn......
